LWF is NOT Applicable in the following States:

Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya,Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand

        2. Contributions:

• Employer Contribution: Employers contribute a specified amount to the Labour Welfare Fund for each employee.
• Employee Contribution: Employees also contribute a small amount to the fund.
• Government Contribution: In some states, the government may also contribute to the fund.
